Pre-registration entitles you to Submit a Scientific Work.
After your pre-registration a code will be automatically sent to your mailbox. This first code will
allow you to submit a scientific work through this website submission
Pre-registration does not give you the right to participate in the congress.
Effective participation in the congress is dependent on your registration after
completion of the necessary formalities (Payment of the registration fees and acceptance
of your participation by the organizing committee).
The second code, allowing you to register and participate in the congress, will be
communicated to you by the organizing committee after payment of the registration fees and
acceptance of your participation by the organizing committee.
Registration Fees
Registration is free for official delegations, speakers and partner companies.
For other participants:
Excluding Gala Dinner:
- Before July 31, 2023 : 300 €
- Before September 30, 2023 : 400 €
- After September 30, 2023 : 500 €
Gala dinner : 100 €
